    How many lots do you have?


    We have 165 lots. 3 double lots and 3 single lots are currently vacant.




    How big are the lots?


    Lots can vary in size, but typically come in two options—single or double. A single lot can comfortably fit a single-sized park model unit with a sunroom and a deck, with sufficient yard space and room for a small shed. A double lot is twice the size of a single.




    What are the yearly park fees?


    Fees vary depending on site location and size. HST not included. Sites 1-11: $4,000.00 Sites 12-25: $4,300.00 Sites 101, 301-306: $4,500.00 All other sites: $3,400.00




    Can I bring my boat?


    Boat slips can be purchased yearly. Fees are determined by boat length. HST not included. A boat launch is available for seasonal guests. Jet Skis and Paddle Boats: $225.00 Up to 16' $350.00 17' $375.00 18' $400.00 19' $425.00 20' $450.00 21' $475.00 Overnight docking is available. Call for pricing and details. Fees are waived if guests golf or dine in our restaurant.




    Do you have laundry facilities?


    Yes. We have 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, available for use by park guests only (no outside users).




    Is there a pool?


    Yes. We have three heated pools—one wadding pool for little ones, one family-friendly pool and one adults-only pool, open from 9:00am – 8:30pm daily during the season.




    Is there a store?


    Yes, we have a variety store that is open daily from 9:00am – 9:00pm for our customers' convenience. We sell ice cream, candy, grocery and emergency items, and souvenir clothing.




    Where and when do I check in?


    The main office is located upstairs, above the Pro-Shop. The office serves as a check-in as well as a reception for general inquiries. Check-in is at 3:00pm. Checkout is at 10:00am.




    Can I bring my dog?


    Cottage guests are not permitted to bring pets. Seasonal guests may have dogs, but they must be leashed at all times. Leads may not exceed 10' from decks and dogs must be on owners sites only. Pets cannot be walked throughout the park and must be walked on the main road. Guard/attack dogs are not permitted.




    Are there noise restrictions?


    Yes. Loud music/gatherings are not permitted past 11:00pm. We are a family resort.




    What are the alcohol policies?


    Bottled and canned alcohol is not permitted in public areas by law. Please use cups. Personal alcohol of any kind is not permitted in the pool/restaurant/store area. Alcohol can be purchased at our pool bar and sports bar.




    Is there garbage pick-up?


    Yes. One 22" x 24" trash bag per site is collected every Sunday from 2:00pm – 4:00pm in front of each site. Garbage in cottages will be collected every Saturday morning or upon checkout.




    Do you have camping?


    No. We have cottages available for rent and seasonal sites available for purchase only.




    Can I bring my own unit/trailer onto a purchased site?


    No. Units must be purchased through Six Foot Bay or from the previous owner(s) of the site.




    Can I rent/sublet my unit when I'm not here?


    No. Sites are for owners and immediate family only. Should you wish to have extra family members stay with you in your unit for an extended period of time, you must pay a seasonal family fee. If you wish to have guests for a short period of time, they must pay daily fees to use the ammenities.

    The 1st Saturday of June.

    Hàng cho khách đặt qua mạng được đóng gói và gửi đi mỗi thứ 2 và thứ 4 hàng tuần.

    • Thời gian vận chuyển: tùy thuộc vào địa chỉ của bạn và nhà xe vận chuyển. Thông thường là 1-3 ngày.

    • Chi phí ship hàng:

    Nếu chuyển hàng bằng nhà xe: bạn sẽ thanh toán tiền cước với nhà xe lúc nhận hàng.

    Nếu chuyển bằng dịch vụ chuyển phát nhanh Viettel Post, Giao Hàng Nhanh, Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm: mình sẽ thông báo trước phí ship với bạn. Bạn sẽ thanh toán phí ship với người giao khi nhận hàng.




    Trường hợp hàng bị hư hỏng hoặc thất lạc


    Mình đóng hàng rất cẩn thận. Mình vẫn gửi những lô hàng hàng trăm cây đi đều đều không vấn đề gì, nhưng nếu trường hợp xấu xảy ra, sẽ được giải quyết như sau:

    • Nếu gửi xe: có xác suất nhà xe xảy ra sự cố làm hư hỏng cây (làm rơi thùng hàng, cây bị đè, hàng bị phơi nắng ngoài trời nhiều tiếng đồng hồ…). Chúng tôi sẽ gửi lại cây khác hoặc hoàn trả tiền, và làm việc với nhà xe sau đó.

    • Nếu gửi ship COD: khách phải kiểm tra kĩ hàng ngay lúc nhận và hoàn trả tại chỗ cho nhân viên giao hàng nếu phát hiện hư hỏng. Nếu khách chọn giữ lại cây thay vì gửi trả, ANVY sẽ bồi thường tiền mặt thông qua chuyển khoản ngân hàng theo phần trăm hư hỏng.
